Scrolling down does not work when making selections on some web pages...

Hi,
I have been using your plugin for a long time. So far I have encountered this problem for 2 sites.
In the first screenshot, when I start the selection and move the mouse down, the page does not scroll down.

But when I try it on another site it works fine.

I would also like to request an update where users can change the color of the selection square.
