Return only records for a partcular user

Hi crazytoad and everyone,
Am pretty new to REST APIs and I was wondering if there's a way to return only records for a specific user.

Also, aside from the auth-token, can I pass another parameter? If yes, how do I retrieve it in POST/GET/PUT/DELETE actions?
