Cookbook for web-based log viewer

Mana could have a default recipe for installing some web-based log browser (e.g. http://graylog2.org/ or http://logstash.net/) and making the rails app log into it

We need to have a separate repository for sharing common recipes used in our projects.
Since specific recipes are not needed for all projects. Mana should contain only general recipes and tasks, that used and can be helpful in all projects, like install ruby, rails, etc.
