Files with ? in the name are not allowed on Windows

Hi all!

There are 2 files under packages/lgmrd/sections/monstertemplates that contain ? in the file name. This is not allowed on Windows machines and causes checking out this repo on a Windows machine to fail. Can you remove the ? from those file names, please?
