Provide basic search and sort in Stocktakes list

The list of stocktakes is growing quite long now (particularly those that are closed)

It would be good to provide search and sort capabilities to the following screen.

Vectors:

• state: open/closed/cancelled/pending
• location (building and/or area)
• order by: location, date opened (asc/desc)
