Issue with end of Daylight Saving Time

Hello,

In the current version, all months of November have an issue in its first Monday. It repeats the same day as the day before (Sunday).

The issue is related to Daylight Saving Time. It always ends in the first Sunday of November (in North America... that's why I get this error in November), and this makes de adjusted day not to skip a day on this day.

I just pushed a pull request with the solution. One hour must be added to the first day after daylight saving time ends.
