[Feature Request] Add the theatermode host button outside of theatermode

I've heard some people opting to use other extensions because they would like the host button to be outside of theatermode on the info bar.

Describe the solution you'd like

Make the current theatermode host button just active at all times,. However, maybe people would want an option to disable it. This could also start disabled by default and optionally enabled to always be active. This would not take away the host button from theatermode
