Description
Ability for users to create public lists of ranked proposals. ie. "Greenpeace's favored options for X" , or "John Stuarts list of funniest proposals". A user would have the option, after voting, to "publish their vote as a public ranked list".
An interface exists to compare and combine ranked lists (based on tweak-able weighting) to aid in voting and making decisions.
