Verify User in user Page #417

Summary
A user can be verified in the user page.
Motivation
As a normal user I want to verify another user.
The other user showed me their fingerprint and their username.
I go to the users info page.
But I cannot verify the user, because the interface does not show any "verify" action.
Considered Alternatives
The only workaround is to have a vault, where i am the owner and the other user is a member.
Selecting the vault in the vault list opens the vault info page, where i can verify the user.
Anything else?
