Weekly and monthly locked tasks are unlocked every midnight

Reported by user, not able to reproduce yet. The app set to unblock tasks every 
week or every month and in both cases they are unlocked every midnight.

Same app install used to work until recently. May or may not be related to a 
recent user relocation from London to Berlin and time zone change.
