This time, when I used the minced to predict, I found that the repeat and spacer values ​​in the '*.gff' file were gone instead of '.' . But the content of the script has not been changed before, and reinstalling the software is also the same problem. See example below:

I don't really understand your question. What is the file that you ran this against? Is it publicly available so I can try. What is wrong with the example that you show? It's not immediately clear what is wrong with that output? what are you expecting it to be?

Normally, in the *.minced.gff file, the result will have repeat and spacer values ​​in the seventh and eighth columns, but this time it does not display the values, but "." I don't see how you got values in those columns. I've looked through the code history even going back to the initial change where I added in GFF support 9 years ago and those columns always have a "." in them. Could it be that something else was run on it afterwards that added in those values? Sorry I can't be of more help, I'm at a loss as to why you see values there.
