Support for numpy>=1.20.0

Hi!

This package has been really useful and easy to integrate into my project :)

However, numpy >= 1.20.0 deprecated np.float and np.integer data types, which is used by pysptools==0.15.0

If this repo is still being some what maintained then I would be more than happy to contribute. Please let me know if you would be willing to review a PR from me.

@bentaps I wondered if you did any work on a PR for this issue? I have the same problem & not sure what the best way forward is as I want to use pysptools in a cloud environment that is running numpy 1.24

Hi @tamslinn! No I got the impression that this repo is not being maintained anymore, and have moved on since then. However I solved this issue quite easily tho (albeit a bit hacky), by doing a find a replace all np.float ->np.float32 and np.integer ->np.integer32. I modified this directly in my local installation of the file (located at venv/lib/python3.9/site-packages/pysptools/), which I'm sure you can do in the cloud environment :)
