Package shows up as damaged if I open it with a right click or otherwise

No matter how I try starting Portero (right click OPEN) or double click I get the corrupted package. I've tried downloading a few times. I've tried both the ARM and X86 versions (I have an M1 Ultra Studio running the latest macOS Tahoe 26.5.2
