Add webpages not doing anything unless Resource lists status changed to "Initial"

• Refresh lists and add webpages
• “add webpages”

After a while, no webpages. Nothing in job queue. No events

• Check lists - seems OK
• Check Webpages - nothing
• Check website URLs v.s. xpath = seems OK

Eventually, change lists status to “Initial”
Now webpages appear, console shows more and more events.
