Feature - text file creation button with Artisinal Integer call

Manually creating a text file is a bit of a PITA

We know that files will follow a standard template

The process would be roughly

• visit artisinal integer site, get number
• create text file with this filename
• copy paste in template layout
• do all data entry
• append text file name with slug?

is this possible to script? It would make sense.
It might be possible to create a new file in github via the API...

Rather than rely on an external uniqueness service (I note that e.g. the "London" and "Mission" sites will give the same IDs at some point), given we have examples of things with unique identifiers without overlap (e.g. email message IDs, Apple bundle IDs), would it make sense to ask people to use http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_domain_name_notation for the concept in question? e.g. com.pepysdiary-Pepys-Diary.md or uk.co.bbc.proms-BBC-Proms-Archive.pm?

@dracos the reverse DNS notation is a bit ugly, IMO (so long!). It could also be problematic in that not all the data sources necessarily have a consistent URL.

To be honest, our requirement for unique IDs isn't that important – we could probably have gotten away with starting from 1, but given the possibility of git forks (even temporarily), using Artisan Integers seemed like a nice idea.

As to the possible London / Mission collision – I think the idea was that this would be resolved before it happens. I'll check though.
