Timing/Onset Files Format for GLMSingle

Hello, I have a quick question regarding the format of the timing files needed for GLMSingle. Do they need to be in AfNI or FSL (i.e., onset time, stimulus duration, amplitude) format? If the latter, would I also need to include the amplitude? Thank you in advance for your help!

The format is neither. In short, the design files just need to specify the onset of each condition (like a "1") when it occurs, at the granularity of the volumes in your time series data (i.e. TR). I would suggest reading the paper and going through the online example.
