Rules for those who wish to contribute

General rules

All files are formated with Markdown and should be formated correctly;
Independently from the language of the content all files should be named in english using only english letters, numbers, dash and underline symbols;
File names should be short and descriptive;
If the file content is not in russian then after file name dash "-" symbol should be placed, followed by two letter language code;
If the file is created fully or mostly by you then at the end of the file a copyright notice with your name or nickname should be placed.

After translating some file to another language it is necessary to add a link to your translation to the original russian file (for example see index and README files);
When translating please stick to literary norms of the language.
