Add documentation for what to store in source repository

We need a documentation, which tells us, which parts of the .wolf directory should go to the git repository, and which parts should be excluded from the repo

I agree, this would be helpful. I am considering storing the whole thing, but it seems odd to store stuff like the token ledger. (unless you're just trying to track metrics or something.)

Yeah, it's an issue. If you work on a repo from two computers that both have OpenWolf installed, you get serious merge conflicts.

OpenCode adds a local .opencode/.gitignore to its own tool directory, that would be a huge help.
