a service for delivering notifications to the ui separate from the logger. The notifications should display as top level on the bottom right corner with some margin. consider adding rounded borders and a cross button for dismissing the notification. Notifications should only display for X seconds and then fade/disappear away.
Lastly, wire up some error/warning notifications. This service is planned to be later used for informing the user of circuit cycles, bad wiring, etc.
