Subject: [PATCH] Fix stale project data in RNCP blocks

Use the current intra IDs for Piscine Symfony (2199) and Piscine Ruby on Rails (2179), use 6300 XP for Darkly in the Security block, and remove gbmu from the UNIX block, it is not on the official list.
