fs: add ext2 filesystem support #50

Ext2
This would be our first real on-disk filesystem implementation.
No need for complicated features such as caching or non-blocking I/O yet, these will come eventually.
We should in aim for a working basic implementation first. We will not be adding support for symlinks either.
