In DMP mode, the errors are reported for each core individually. Mechanical is not processing this properly (it is reporting only errors from the first core). It can happen that error is invoked by some core which is not the first one (the typical example being CINT calculations when crack front is split among the cores). In this case, Mechanical does not report an error at all, at least it wasn't reporting back in sirca 2021r2.
This app might solve this native GUI issue if it would process all the *.out and *.err files (not "file0" only)
