IE compatibility issue

1. 通过源码发现，orgchart.js使用了:scope css选择器属性，最新版ie和edge都不支持这个属性，
2. 源码在几处地方使用了Element.matches()，这个方法在ie中对应的非标准名称是Element.matchesSelector()，所以建议编写polyfill.
