Add Ktor Http Support

Hello!

Just found out about this library while looking for an Atlantis like library for Android, I saw that it supports OkHttp but since Ktor seems to be gaining a lot of momentum specially because of KMP I would like to know if there any plans to support Ktor?

Does Ktor support a similar interceptor mechanism? If so, the interceptor part is very easy, just copy PoseidonInterceptor and adapt it to KTOR. If you send a PR I'll merge it.
