Add support for file formats like CF_HDROP on Windows

I think it would be nice to implement the possibility of copy/paste files like Windows allow with CF_HDROP

Faced the same problem. I need to copy\paste files to\from clipboard. On X11 it's fine - you can register custom format and use it as files in clipboard are just list of URI.
However I didn't found an easy way to do it on Windows using this lib
