Settings not working correctly with AI+ Controller

Describe the bug
When selecting port level settings with any other mode other than On (e.g. Cycle or Schedule) custom settings are ignored for circulation fans (this may also be true of other devices).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On a port with a circulation fan attached change active mode to On, and change On Power setting for fan speed and note the expected behaviour of fan changing speed.
2. On that same port change the mode to cycle or schedule and change the fan speed and note it is always on the fastest speed 10 and ignores changes to this

well thats annyoing.

so technically.. this is a quirk with their API. with the AI controllers we can send an update for a value, but the api only seems to honor it if its in the correct mode. This makes me think the on_self_speed value is only valid for the On mode.

Advanced device settings is still on my list of things to add. I'll probably have to get those added in order to fix this.

Not sure if it helps but in the Automation in the app when setting up a cycle you also set a min and max level (off being the min and max being the on), not sure if exposing those (if at all possible) would help, assuming you're already exposing anything available (but possibly will be covered when you get to the advanced device settings) already but just throwing it out there.
