twitch integration - auto role-assigning

Uncertain if this is handled by external bots or a direct discord/twitch integration. Would be ideal to manage rolls via bot and where possible automatically grant roles based on subscribers vips etc.

functionality seems handled by Discord twitch integration, no need to add functionality.
May be worthwhile to allow a !setrole command to manually apply roles to new users though (however this is easily done via the discord UI right clicking a user and changing...)
