run comms server scripts are missing

the scripts to run everything inside docker are missing from the repo?

I've updated the documentation. Not sure what you mean by running everything inside docker. The scripts to run the docker container are big_client.sh, big_server.sh, small_client.sh, small_server.sh, depending on the environment.
