Work out how to more efficiently store/calculate term data

We can calculate and store term freq for every document, use that to calculate ultimate tfidf more quickly.

I suspect that a rewrite of the process of converting into DocumentStorage objects and the process for calculating metrics could yield huge performance gains... it just needs to be thought through.

In the bootstrap for the app we can calculate at least term freq for each term in each document and store it in the db... this will help out a ton.
