When creating features, add text / media "quality" warnings #7
Description
Examples include:
- External (http://) links to media (PDF, jpg, png, etc) - ask that they be stored locally to ensure that they are available in years to come.
- jpg images, ask that if they are a screenshot that they be provided in png format.
