Can't retrieve metrics

I've got this message :

could not fetch server list: unable to retrieve server list

Same is here. Any solution? --force-rebuild did not help.
It is carying out Download and Upload the first time. And then only Upload.
I can see that in grafana.
I don't have the serverlist problem. But the other one.
