OpenCV stuff

• Tracking automatically grabs books from folder
• Tracking is GPU-enabled
• Tracking checks if object is rectangular
• Tracking has a minimum area (or minimum area % of total frame) that it requires
• Tracking has an asynchronous / subprocess UDP sending loop
• Tracking uses pickle or some other reliable format for serializing data
