Not able to run this project in my eclipse IDE

Build id: 20190314-1200

JDK 8.

Its complains of no goal specified. I ran as-is without making any changes to Main.java or any class.
How can I run it? I have the requirement for dynamic Enum.

Is Maven installed on your system, and did you import it as a maven project?
