Replace the locally-cached thumbs/members/joel.jpeg with the stable
unhashed source URL Hugo Blox publishes at
https://www.jaytau.com/authors/admin/avatar.jpg, so the photo always
reflects whatever Joel currently has on his personal site. Also fill
in the empty alt attribute for accessibility.
