Implement 'b' and/or 'w' key to black-/white-out screen

Having a black (or white) screen before starting the presentation can be useful in situations where you don't want to give away any content at all.

I just tried making a blank slide as the first slide, and that seemed to
work. Would that suffice, or were you thinking of something else?

gasp I don't dare to tell where I'm coming from. Oh well. In the presentation software produced by Microsoft you can hit 'b' (and 'w' respectively) at any time during the presentation to blank the screen. My use of "before the presentation" was misleading, sorry for that.

Oh oh, I see what you mean. Yeah, I was just thinking of "at the start".

Yeah, I think this would be useful feature for sure…
