Add minimal MCP configs for WHOOP, Garmin and Nourish #1
Add separate minimal examples for Claude Desktop, Codex and other MCP hosts that wire only one connector at a time: WHOOP, Garmin, and Nourish. Each example should include the first prompt an agent should run and the privacy boundary for credentials.
