Simplify complex signups

My first exposure to Stave was when I found a link to Jersey Shore's application.

I feel like it would be a lot more use-friendly to only ask about the positions that they checked off, and even more ideally, populate some sort of draggable list so they can order their preference that way. (example of draggable list (first from google): https://sortablejs.github.io/Sortable/#simple-list )

Thanks, @akeyes! Ranking of positions is something that's been requested. Need to do some thinking about the best way to offer this.
