Mole not support ssh Include configuration files

Steps to Reproduce

1. split some ssh config to other file like ~/.ssh/config.d/home
2. put Include ~/.ssh/config.d/* to ~/.ssh/config first line
3. detail in https://superuser.com/a/1142813

Expected Behavior

mole can normal start

Current Behavior

tell me no user could be found for server xxxx
