ERROR: {"message":"User has incomplete jobs running."} when I re-authenticate

Hi I get the following error when I re-use my token after the first time .

Is there any way to reset the authentication such that it doesn't show that my job is incomplete?
Or do I need to register and activate every time I run it?

I also got this error when I ran the first time the token was activated
