Terminal colors don't match the rest of the colorscheme

Hi, is it intentional that the terminal colors use a different palette from the rest of the colorscheme?

I tried to find ones which look good in a terminal - the concerns for 0-15 terminal colours are different from normal code, I can't really elaborate on why 😅
