Add ltmarks support #105
Description
ltmarks has recently found its way into LaTeX. The scripture environment could make use of this to set current book, chapter and verse marks that could be retrieved for running headers.
There could be a book option for the scripture environment to initialise things and an interface to set the book in and external heading command.
