Adds syntax highlighting to code
Reduces CPU usage with caching
More robust "Other" model selector
removed all Unsafe sections
Added Profile to set coder vs creative (coder has lower repetition penalty)
Added latest models like llama 3.2
Max token is now set for each model so it doesnt break

Linux build tested fine, Windows didnt launch on 2/4 systems due to opengl/wgpu. Working on fallback renderers to fix for v0.5.1
