Investigate fixing React routes on staging

Description

We've recently drafted #102 that fixes the issue where dynamic routes on main website return a 404 when refreshed. For example, when hitting https://dearborncodingclub.com/profile you get a 404, but if you navigate to https://dearborncodingclub.com and navigate to the profile through the dropdown menu item, you get can see the page correctly.

The same issue seems to be happening on https://stage.dearborncodingclub.com.

We should investigate fixing this.

I recently visited https://dearborncodingclub.com/profile, and I didn’t encounter any 404 errors. Perhaps this was a temporary issue related to caching. If staging is up and running, I’ll investigate this further.

I’m using Firefox 135.0.1 (running on macOS 15.3.1). I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.
