Add support for toggling chatbox with hotkey

Dont know if this isnt a feature or if its broken but you are currently unable to unhide chatbox with the specified hotkey

Pull request with ability to toggle chatbox using the hotkey has been made!

Pull request was reverted. You can look at it again but after your change ESC both closed bank and toggled chat for example which isnt rly usable @Tylanderr
