Commercial redistribution/license clarification for face_detect_v1.4_s and head_detect_v2.0_s

Hello DeepGHS / imgutils maintainers,

I am evaluating the following pretrained model weights for inclusion in a paid commercial desktop application that performs inference locally and offline:

• face_detect_v1.4_s
• head_detect_v2.0_s

Before bundling these model files in a commercial installer, could you please clarify:

1. Are the original pretrained weight files for these two models covered by the stated MIT license, including commercial redistribution rights?

2. May these model weights be bundled and redistributed directly to end users as part of a paid commercial desktop application, provided the required MIT copyright/license notices are included?

3. Is this redistribution right perpetual and royalty-free, with no separate commercial license, subscription, online license server, or recurring authorization required?

4. Are there any training-data, third-party dataset, or upstream terms that restrict commercial use or redistribution of the resulting pretrained weights?

I am asking about redistribution of pretrained model weights inside paid software, not redistribution of the underlying datasets.
