arXiv version is outdated

I frequently suggest this to people as an introductory reference, but the version of the notes one is most likely to stumble upon is the one on arXiv, which is more than 7 years old. When you have time, I think it would be useful to update the arXiv version to the current status.

The current status has a gaping hole around SQIsign, I'd like to fill that before updating arXiv.

The most effective way is that you lock me in a room with a laptop at the next occasion and don't let me out until I'm done writing.
