Description
Some way of adding lore for actions, like IL action stories. Probably also add "general" lore that has other unlocks. Not sure what the broader UI for this looks like, but it's probably easiest to just have another tab for now, with buttons to pick the action to look at and a separate pane for reading the actual stories.
