On-demand loading of metadata on opening tool based on solution

Currently, the Deprecation Tool reads the entire data model upon opening.
It would be nice to have on-demand "Load Entities and Attributes" button with the option to load from a specific solution only or the entire data model.

This will speed up loading metadata considerably.
