Local Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up the application locally:

Prerequisites

To use this project, you need to have uv installed. You can install it using the following command:
```
curl -LsSf https://astral.sh/uv/install.sh | sh
```

Install Required Packages
```
uv sync --locked
```
Install pre-commis hooks
```
   uv run pre-commit install
```
(Optional) Execute hooks on all files:
```
   uv run pre-commit run --all-files
```
Migrate the Database
```
uv run python manage.py migrate
```

Load Fixtures

uv run python manage.py loaddata fixtures/*.yaml

Use the following credentials to log in:

Username	Password
admin	admin321!
