Update Redrock galaxy templates with possible improvements coming from

• DESI data
• fastspecfit models
• NMF instead of PCA
• Archetypes for initial scan, not just afterburner
• ELG/LRG/BGS subtypes
• turning number of templates
• ...

See #276 for a case where both current PCA and new NMF galaxy templates have bad fits to a galaxy for no obvious reason. Understanding what is constraining those templates / what fitting flexibility they lack could be instructive.
